I adore this receiving warehouse. ADORE! They do a thorough inspection of the goods before they are released so I can trust that everything is in perfect order upon delivery to my client’s homes. Everyone on the staff is clean, organized, courteous, respectful, efficient and fun to be with on installation days. Ciana is super helpful and organized on the phone and Jeremiah is the best delivery and installation man I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I cannot say enough about how ocotillo bailed me out. Our house ran over a year late and we kept bringing more and more and more and they kept accepting more and more and more. All the while keeping track of everything while we took some out and returned it, took other stuff out and returned that, bought new stuff to put in inventory. A heroic job. Easy to work with and would use them again for sure!

As a vacation rental owner who lives outside of the Palm Springs area, Ocotillo Services provides total peace of mind when I want to add new items to my home. They not only receive and expect every item, they will deliver and install with white glove service as well. They've also worked with my interior designers for years, and did the complete furniture install when we launched. I didn't have to manage a thing, they took care of it all! Billy's Astro Lounge wouldn't be half of what it is without them.

As an interior designer in Solana Beach, we used Ocotillo Services as our receiving warehouse in Palm Springs. Their attention to detail and level of communication was top notch. They were quick to point out flaws/ manufacturer defects in products as they arrived. They were also very attentive to the inventory lists we provided. The owner, Kyle, also went above and beyond when we weren’t available to visit the site and he provided photos and used FaceTime to ensure the final layout/setup was just right. We look forward to working with Kyle and his team again in the future!

1000% happy I found this company. I was ordering a lot of furniture for a new house and needed a firm to receive, inspect and store deliveries over the course of 4-6 months as they trickled in (furniture ready at various times). They did a fabulous job and when it came time to hire movers to install, they had a great recommended company that took amazing care to install each piece with care. Would recommend this company to anyone. Also, they are super kind and have great customer service.
