I used their service today only because I finally got a Sunday off from work and wanted to treat my kids to some waffle house. I paid over $60 for an order that was only $34. I know that they have to make money somehow, but that is ridiculous. When delivered, my order was missing my daughters drink and a waffle. I do understand that it is not the delivery driver fault for the food missing because all orders are sealed in a bag and they are not allowed to break the seal to check. I called Takeoutstar and the lady I talked to informed me that they were unable to deliver the missing items, but she could issue a refund for those items. A refund isn't going to feed my child. I paid way more than was needed for them to deliver that food several times over. At the end, i ended up ordering the missing items directly through the waffle house website and driving to the restaurant to pick it up. That option was quick and easy. I will not be using Takeoutstar's service again.

Ordered from BeefOBradys via Take Out Star for me to pick up. BeefOBradys said they didnt receive any orders from TOS because their machine is down. Ordered and paid again at BeefOBradys. Having trouble getting my money back from TOS. Don't use TAKEOUT STAR.

The first time I ordered last month was not delivered You told me I would get a confirmation of the credit card.I have not received it yet. Please confirm. I received the second order, got and delicious and rated ,out a 5 star credit and send me a confirmation and I will update this to 5. I would rather be told you can't deliver it than sit around waiting for the other!! One mistake is ok, but again just tell me no more deliveries, and then not show up!! Thank you so much! You are my #1 food delivery in Dothan!!

Fairly easy online ordering, very easy and friendly over the phone ordering, the online tracking they offer is a big plus and they do a great job confirming all the details, such as when you want your food, how you want the driver to bring it to you, and they offer great rewards if you upload pictures of your order to their website to help give more detail to their menus. I ordered General Tso Chicken and Crab Rangoon from Chopsticks in Lynn Haven FL and, I received just over $5 in credit for a picture of my food and that covered the delivery fee.

An absolute disgrace. There is a huge possibility that you want receive you complete order and when you try to call them most of the time they won’t answer. On the off chance they do answer they place you on hold for a very long time. If you call back it will say “this number isn’t assigned” don’t waste your time or money

The past two times I placed an order and I didn't recieved what I ordered. I have been using this company since it started. I really hope they can get the restaurants to carefully look at the orders. Over all this is the best delivery company when it comes to food. That is why I am giving it 5 stars.

The staff and drivers are friendly but really slow. I also did not know they also deliver other orders while simultaneously delivering yours. Order was picked up at 6:52 from the restaurant, did not receive until 7:42. Food was cold to the touch.
