I had a fantastic experience at Sweetgreen in Marina del Rey! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I have to give a special shoutout to Kevin, who provided outstanding customer service. He was super helpful, made sure my order was prepared perfectly, and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was fresh and delicious, and I left feeling satisfied. Anna was helping me today. Normally I feel like I'm getting less than a portion when I order out. When I eat in it seems they don't skimp my meal as much. Anna was very kind, had great customer service, was friendly with my toddler and made my salad delicious. Thank you Anna! I would have given 5 stars if my delivery orders weren't always so small and/or missing something.

After working on the Boat we were hungry. So we stopped in for a big salad. I added Avocado, my friend added tofu. We eat our meal out side. Very nice weather, made it very nice. The place seems to attract the heath conscious college age students. Come on down, when you order tell them JOE sent you. They will say Joe Who...that's me😄

I ordered a custom miso salmon bowl on DoorDash. When my food arrived, my bowl had no salmon. The reason I ordered on DoorDash was because I was exhausted, so think about how frustrated I felt when I had to get out of my bed with my hair rollers and night clothes to go ask the store employees what happened. While in the store, nobody wanted to take accountability for the incorrect order. The tall black guy with glasses handling pick up orders, even insinuated that I had purchased the bowl earlier in the day and was just now bringing it in. The time is ON THE RECEIPT. Who would do that? The manager (short, Latina lady with orange and black eye lash extensions) was not helpful at all! The piece of salmon they gave me looked disgusting. I can’t believe the customer service at the place. All around horrible! Mistakes happen, but I’m very disappointed in how they didn’t make up for the inconvenience they caused. Unacceptable.

I had a guy with “John Doe” on his name tag. Seriously the worst person to serve here. He was super serious and seemed bothered that he was helping me with my order. Plus he was stingy in everything including the kale serving. Didn’t even fill up the chicken cup. Frustrating to pay so much to get so little food and crappy attitude. Not going back to him again. I’ll wait my turn for the other workers who are at least smiling and serving decent sizes.

I was really looking forward to trying Sweetgreen, especially since the atmosphere in the area is so nice. However, I was too disappointed to enjoy it. For almost $20, I expected a filling, well-portioned salad, but what I got felt more like a snack than a meal. The ingredients were fresh, but the portion size didn’t match the price at all. I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. For the price, I would have expected more in terms of quantity. Not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon.
