Visiting family this past weekend to help with moving and we needed a storage unit. Spoke with the new owner Julie who went above and beyond to accommodate us. This place looks so good now since new owners took over. Very clean and pleasant looking, felt very safe when I was there. customer service from the actual owners and not a sales person. If you are in the jasper or surrounding areas and storage, I 100% recommend this storage facility.

I have had a unit here for over a year. Their rates are great ! They beat all of the other storage facilities in this area. The storage facility is now under new ownership and management and they have made some much needed upgrades to the units( new doors) . The new staff is very friendly and will help you in any way they can so if you have or are planning on getting a unit from them and you have any issues just give them a call and they will help you resolve the matter. Thank you guys for always being here for me when I needed you .

I have had my storage unit since before Trinity bought it out & I can say that they have made so many improvements I can't begin to name them all!! The top 2 would definitely be that they have stepped up so much on keeping my belongings safe w the security they have added and the second would b the great customer service they have given me.. I know the people by name & they always answer the phone or call me back immediately if I need to discuss anything with them.. They are in short "my kind of people"
