Well. I read the review and I was actually treated the exact way they say this check in lady treats us. Not just me but other drivers. I don’t understand why she is like that but she is disrespectful, condescending and has a very poor people skills. We don’t need to be treated like a baby but just do what you’re supposed to do. I saw dozens of driver license pictures of driver on the wall that have been banned from the facility for thing that I’m sure have a lot to do with her attitude. I’m sure also some ask for it.
It’s very simple we come to check in and out that’s it.

We have enjoyed working with you and hopefully we will continue to do so, with that being said, I wanted to discuss with you the email that you received from the shipper regarding banning the owner of Truck Lines Express from their facility. The owner, Bayardo Castro, has been to this location multiple times and has observed and watched how one of their office employee mistreats and discriminates against the drivers. This employee is rude, discrimatory and disrespectful towards the drivers, on one occasion she yelled at a driver to get back in his truck or he would not get loaded when she saw him get out of his truck to use the restroom. She needs to understand that drivers are there to do a job and she needs to show more respect. This is no way to treat any human being.

She complained that Bayardo Castro upset her, but it's the other way around, he was upset by the way she continues to disrespect and yell at the drivers. As a matter of fact, this employee's behavior has cause multiple drivers to leave the facility without picking up their load.

This facility need to be very careful with how they treat the drivers, because a lot of the truckers have trucks equipped with cameras and record everything, they also need to remove the board that displays the drivers' drivers license information as it is obsolutely illlegal to have this information for everyone to see.

The receivers at the Cantua facility are very respectful and easy to work with.

You asked if we wanted to have all the loads cancelled, and since Bayardo Castro has been banned from their facility it would be impossible to fulfill those obligations.

Our team picked up a load from CLN Hanford and everyone was professional and friendly. Hard to do sometimes in the Calif. heat. The team loaded quickly and secured the load for safe transit.

Don't come here, the lady at the check is so rude, she doesn't even know how to talk to drivers. Treat drivers like their slaves, you will not get any help from a broker and shipper here,
