My wife worked for months on this box and this is what they RECEIVED!! Someone explain this to me please!!!! This has to be the worst company we ever dealt with. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I don't understand about negative reviews. I understand why sometimes there's a delay in cargo transport, that is understandable because we cannot predict the weather or other unpredictable circumstances. but as soon its cleared in customs they are very efficient and always call my mom when they are delivering.

I have been using them over 10yrs and never had a problem …until today. I called before making the 3hr drive to get there and was told they would be there until 7pm. I arrived 6:10pm and they were closed. 😡 now I have to sleep here in my car until they reopen at 9am tomorrow. I’m not driving back home 3hrs then come back again 3hrs there and 3hrs back!! Wasted time and gasoline. Had to take the day off from work tomorrow. More lost money. They told me if I didn’t get my boxes there now, they won’t make it to Pinas by Xmas. That’s why I rushed to get here. Sat through 3 accidents along they way…only to find they closed early…knowing I was on my way!!! So angry! High blood!! Super nose bleed! 😡😡😡

Would give negative stars if possible. Terrible experience. No way to track your shipment. They're updates are all lies and excuses. Everytime we try to call their warehouse, no one would pick up. Took over 5 months for box to be delivered-- actually had to go pick it up, because again their usual promise was "will be delivered tomorrow/next week". Never again!

We've been using their service for over 5 years now and so far, everything arrived intact and within expected time frame. Surprisingly, even in 2020 the packages arrived earlier than anticipated! Their personnel at the jersey city location has always been helpful & accommodating.
