Tried to call and set up a pick up of 5 boxes. Their communication sucks. They want you to text them through WhatsApp and when you do they don’t respond. They give you one quote and when you call to set up the pick up the lady wants to argue instead of listening and trying to understand that their so called manager set up 5 boxes for $50 easy. Then she argues instead of just listening and doing her job and getting the manager and getting off the phone. She continued to waste my time and energy. Will never do business with them again.

I witnessed one of Salcedo Cargo Express’s drivers make a very poor and dangerous decision while driving. They stopped in the middle of flowing traffic to let a car make a left turn in front of them from the opposite lane. There was no traffic jam at the time, and while it’s understandable to let someone turn left when you’re stuck in heavy traffic, it’s completely different when traffic is moving smoothly. Stopping for no valid reason like this is not only inconsiderate but also illegal.

Driving predictably is far more important than driving “nice.” It might seem like a kind gesture, but in reality, it puts everyone on the road at risk. Stopping in a lane of moving traffic creates confusion and increases the chance of accidents. This kind of behavior is not helping anyone; it’s actually dangerous.

Please remind your drivers to prioritize safety and follow traffic laws instead of trying to be “nice” in ways that could harm others.

I've never had any issues with Salcedo Express, always been good to me...
However, I bring my Boxes directly to them. I prefer to do that than to lose time from work waiting for a pick up.

I have sent tanks with this company in the past and they have arrived ok but the people you have to talk to on the phone are not professional. They have no respect for other people's time. They wont give you a time before hand of when they will pick up or bring you a tank ;and expect you to wait all day at home from 9am to 6pm as if no one has to go to work. After making me wait a whole day, they didn't even show up on the day agreed. They called me two days later to tell me that they are near by to pick up the tank! Not professional at all. I do not recommend this company...

I been seeing boxes to dr for a about 10 years and this is by far the worst company I’ve encountered. This company’s receptionist is extremely rude. The drivers claim to “call” when they actually don’t. They had me waiting a whole day and they never showed up. In result to this I lost a day a work. In total I waited 3 days. I don’t recommend this company at due to its customer service. I never sent my box they never showed up and I ended up shipping with another company.

I only gave it one star because of the pickup. The gentleman was able to pick up my items on time, and he was very courteous. Now, let's talk about everything else. Not everything made it to the destination. Out of the six containers, 5 were ransacked, items stolen, and most of my personal items were damaged and covered with dirt. When i received the containers, they were sealed with the Salcedo express locks. I filed a claim with the company, and not a single thing was done about it. I've used other companies in the past and never experienced any theft, except now when using this company. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau if you used this company and had a similar experience, i recommend you file a complaint. They have insurance but refuse to take care of the customers, I'm quite sure they are the ones stealing since the containers had their locks. I would not recommend using their services.

The drivers are er dishonest. I gave them a tip of 17 dollars, 3 fives and two singles. He apparently wanted more!
He shuffled the bills he had on him and tried to tell me I only gave him $12.00 and where were the other five...I let him know I am not cray and I showed him the money before tipping him. Two days later, They called me to let me know my oil gallon, which I paid for, was OPEN. You have to be careful with these people. I am just praying they do not steal everything I sent to m relatives. This company should not be in business in the United States.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
