The worst and most unreliable cargo service! Do not trust them with your hard earned money and boxes that you worked hard to fill. It's been 4 months now since I shipped my boxes and they have been sitting in customs for almost a month. More than likely they have stolen my stuff. Customer service is the worse. They will basically answer you with the same stuff you get when tracking your package. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEM!

Don’t use this company. Consider your package lost if you do. As it will not reach your family back home. They don’t give you any definite answer about where your boxes are. Their people don’t know anything and just keep telling you to wait. They’re hiding something from their customers, their company probably have issues with the Philippine customs.

I think this company should be report to The Consumer Affairs of New Jersey for false advertising such “Delivering with Excellence” “Fast delivery” etc.

My package has not yet been delivered to my house. It’s been 4 months now! I was told that their service takes only 3 months for my family to receive the said package. Whenever I call their number no one answers the phone! Service is not good. I hope my package will arrive to the recipient soonest.

I sent my boxes since May 2024. It has not reached to the recipient. Everytime you call them the answer is. WE DONT HAVE ANY UPDATE. CALL NEXT WEEK. this is from May 2024 its November 2024. They said because of typhoon REALLY this way before the typhoon hit Philippines .

DO NOT USE THIS MAKATI EXPRESS NO SUCH THING AS EXPRESS TO THEM. THEY ARE VERY SLOW. OPPOSITE OF THE COMPANY NAME. IT IS ASHAME.

THE OWNER SHIULD LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM. I AM 100% sure that alot of senders has been affected with their incompetencies.

Warning ⚠️ I will never use this forwarder, super delayed delivery. I sent my box June 3, 2024 and till now it did not arrive yet it’s now October 15, 2024. I rather pay a little bit more with other company than pay cheaper but will take it almost a year to arrive. ⚠️

My box left Jersey City on April 4, 2024, and I have no problem with the Jersey City branch. Until now, it has not been delivered to my brother’s house. The boxes arrived in Manila on July 5, 2024, in Cavite, and they went to Pampanga. My brother decided to pick up the boxes because they don't deliver. Anyway, we live in Calumpit, Bulacan. They said they sent the boxes back to Cavite. Today is already September 2, and where are my boxes?

I am revising and upgrading this review because of the world class warehouse in Pampanga -Very professional. The other warehouses should learn from them.

line 9 shows box was received by MEC (Makati Express Cavite) on 05-May-2024 00:00, Sunday.

line 6 shows box didn't arrive in Philippines until 09-May-2024 14:38, i.e., the box was in the Cavite warehouse 4 days before the ship arrived in the Philippines.

lines 7-8 shows shipment arrived in Philippines on 19 of April and transferred to MEC (Makati Express Cavite on 28 April. Today is May 17 and am unable to contact anyone from Makati Express.
