**Edited: The district manager reached out to me and said she voided the payment that was pulled today, which I appreciate. It doesn't fix the continual issues with this location, but just wanted to updated and say the last issue was rectified.

Subpar experience. We have been at this storage facility for a year and out of the 12 payments we have made, we have 4 months that weren't correct.
We signed up in May 2023 and gave payment. My payment information was 'lost' and I received a call again to sign up. I gave details. Then the next month I got a call to make a payment for the unit when I clearly instructed to put me on auto pay. I gave my payment information again.

The first time we put our boat into storage the code didn't work and I had to walk around to the office so I didn't have to back the boat down the street. Then when we got in to park, there was a disabled vehicle in the parking spot. I called her and informed her of this and then she had me check a few other spots to which were not empty until I finally just picked a number that wasn't empty and we got moved to that one.

Fast forward to last month, I called to cancel our unit since we are a military family and moving. Today (6/8), I receive an email that I was charged when we already moved out on 5/27/2024. Now I'm told there may be a way to 'void' the payment to get it back immediately or if it's a refund, it'll take 10-14 business days to get it. What?! I'm totally frustrated and this is just the final cherry on top to pushing me over to do a negative review. One error, that's fine. But this has been a constant slew of errors.
There is seemingly a lot of dysfunction despite how nice the staff may seem.

This is the 3rd time renting a storage unit from Storage Sense and I have never had any issues. Always clean and perfect climate for our storage needs!

Today I needed expedited service for a hasty move. Sabrina was very helpful in making that a breeze. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable of services provided. I appreciated her honesty for my odd questions. The units are very clean and the inside aisles provide a balanced workspace to maneuver larger items. I will be coming back to store a vehicle as the security is solid. The terms are simplified and they are military friendly. I highly recommend.

Climate controlled and easy access. Very clean and good security. We were there a year without any incidents or problems. Veteran and military friendly. Their price increases made us change to a different location.

Facility is always clean and no issues with temperature being controlled. The manager, Regina, is the best! Always available when needed and goes the extra mile if there is a problem. Thanks for all you do, Regina!
My only complaint is the new owner raised rent. Understandable, but sure hope it will come back down once the economy improves.
