Had the best experience here. The staff was super friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure all my needs were met. I came in looking to get contact lenses and the price was super affordable without insurance. I was able to leave with a glasses prescription, contact prescription, and a year supply of contacts without breaking the bank. Thank you ! We had a very pleasant time getting glasses for my daughter at this Madera Ca location. The staff was very helpful regardless of the fact that we had no appointment . Manny did a great job of walking us through the entire process which was a breeze in and out with two pairs of glasses in less than 2 hours . That’s what I call customer service . Highly recommend Stanton Optics for great friendly customer service . Will definitely be back for future eye vision needs 👍

The best customer experience I’ve ever had! Abby was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Not only did she give me a wonderful deal on glasses and contacts, but she also took the time to answer my questions, and accommodated me throughout the entire process. 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I stopped at this location to check into the cost of some prescription glasses for her. There were some issues with my stanton account, which had been established at another location and for which I no longer had the password. Further, I no longer had access to the recovery email associated with that account. The staff spent a great deal of time contacting the other Stanton location and working out the issue for us. Because of some of these complications, we got personal service from the manager, Abby. Just like her staff, she was extraordinarily helpful and welcoming.

Because my wife will be eligible very soon for some additional insurance, we decided that we needed to wait to effect a purchase, and they were no less helpful and friendly after we had made that decision. We would have liked to purchase then and there, partly because of the wonderful assistance and reception we had received, and we will definitely return there as soon as my wife's new insurance is in effect.

I can't give a higher recommendation than five stars, but if it were allowed, I would!

Thank you to Abby and staff, we will be back.

I’ve had the absolute worst experience at this eye doctor. First of all I had mentioned my glasses needed a realignment and the woman offered to do it for me. She made my glasses so tight and uncomfortable on my face that I now have blisters growing behind my ears. I’ve had these frames for 2 years and never had this problem. They charge insane prices on everything as well. I was charged over $100 for one month of contacts when target optical charged $250 for an entire year. I’m sorry I wasted my time here just to be in extreme pain anytime I have my glasses on. Will never come back

DO NOT GET GLASSES HERE! They are horrible! My prescription was done incorrectly 2 times I finally Gabe up and asked for a refund. They took my glasses back and I was told the money would be refunded to my hsa. I waited a week and no refund was issued I called almost everyday asking about it and was told it was issued and wait for it to post. By the third week I called every day and the team and manager at this location would not talk to me or return my called I sent a message to their FB account explaining that it has now been a month and no refund was issued. Finally they got involved and forced the store to refund my money to my account. They lie at this store and that is unacceptable!

Did a Saturday afternoon walk in eye exam. The doctor was pleasant & I was out the door with new glasses in an hour. They have a large selection of frames and an amazing staff. Go see Abby, Jackie & Louis in their brand new location.
