We called Sierra Nevada drilling yesterday and Chance and Will were out the very next day. They pulled 200 feet of pvc pipe and pump, replaced pump with the pump we wanted as well as poly pipe. They worked like a well oiled machine and wasted no time and even tolerated my 20 questions with knowledge and respect. We would highly recommend this company and should we ever need help again they will be the first one we call. Their price was absolutely fair and acceptable for the professional work they provided, no gouging and left the line open for any future questions. SIERRA NEVADA DRILLING!!! What amazing customer service, our well pump went out and they were here the day we called and installed the next day. We were out of water the morning of 5-29-23. I called 4 different well companies on the morning of 5-30-23. Chance was the only one that called back within an hour. Then he showed up in an hour. One company didn't even call back until late that evening.
He did a temp fix and we had water. He then came back and installed a new less complicated system. (The pump in the hole in the ground only pumps water up to a 5,000 gal. storage tank. Then there is a separate pump to pressurize the house). He installed a new Scala pump system. That eliminates all the pressure switches, bladder tank and pressure pump. My pump house almost looks empty now.
I cannot recommend Chance highly enough! He was truly concerned about our being out of water. He and his staff were very courteous.
