I booked a few reefer loads with the dispatcher Ayoub NJ-IL. Drivers were on time. Tracking was accepted. Pictures of the BOL and the load was sent after pick up and delivery. All the requirements were met. Highly recommend and will use them again

Sana from Impala freight Inc, I will recommend to every broker don't give your business in these unprofessional people. I booked a load with dispatcher Ayoub on 11th Oct from WI to NJ , frst thing in the morning i assigned load to this person on his back to back emails request. I had few more options but I trusted this company and updated all details of accurate ETAs for both PUs 2pm $ 3:30 pm respectively. But these guys are letting me know that driver is getting location for First Pu at around 4pm and mis leaded me already before 2 hours that driver is heading towards location. These guys spoil your customer and take RC just to get your client details so that they can try direct work with them. They cleverly guide driver to ask for client details at facilities by creating mess and all. So please be aware from these fraudsters later on they will handover load back to you. These guys were already having some other load fixed for tomorrow where they had got handsome amount and they were just trying to get rid of my load after wasting my whole day. I was about to lost my best client please be aware.
