I'm beyond frustrated with this shipping company. It's been a ridiculous 3 months and my package is still MIA. Their tracking system is a joke, providing zero useful information. Every time I contact customer service, I get a different excuse or a vague promise that it's "on its way." I've heard everything from "customs delays" to "lost in transit" to "awaiting delivery." It's clear they have no idea where my package is or when it might arrive. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this company if you value your time and sanity.

My box finally arrived after more than three months. The box has been opened, and many things are missing. These people and the people they work with are thieves. I would not recommend this company at all and legal action should be taken.

Finally, this company responded to my review. I had already provided my information to the operator a long time ago and have not heard back from them since. They claim to care by replying to every negative review, but I assure you, no action has been taken. I must also mention that I was required to pay an additional $120 because my package was held at customs, and payment was the only way to secure its release. Furthermore, according to one of the operators, someone sent firearms, resulting in a significant bill for the company. This may be the reason for the overcharge, potentially to cover that expense.

This is the worst place, please do not use this transport to send you boxes to your country.
My wife send a box to Guatemala and it took more that 3 months to get there.
And when my family finally got box, the drivers who deliver the box were very rude and practically just dump the box just on the side of the street!
This was our first and last time we ever use this service!
Their service is unacceptable!

3 months and still waiting to receive my boxes… 👎🏽 is there a number or some sort of identifier that I can get to contact customs in El Salvador myself and find out why it’s delayed?

Very upsetting experience to deliver a box through this company. To me, they seem very unorganized. The day they were suppose to pick up my box they said their van broke down. My mother-in-law waited all day for them just to finally call. Things happen, okay fine but so far I wasn’t liking my FIRST time experience with them.
Finally they picked up my medium sized box to Guatemala a month ago. I just called today (a month after they picked up) and they said it hasn’t even made it to the port. How did they barely make a shipment out a month after!? Why couldn’t they let me know of dispatch dates when they picked up. Why don’t they ever have an accurate idea of when the package will be received.
Horrible first experience. Won’t be delivering with them anymore and I don’t recommend anyone else to do so either unless you don’t mind your delivery to arrive months later.

Update: it’s about to be 2 months since I sent my package and every time I call they tell me the same thing. I’m so mad, I’m so annoyed. I needed the stuff from my box to be there by now because there’s things I sent for an event we’re having in a couple of weeks.

DO NOT SEND WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I don’t even know how they have 4 stars right now, they probably paid people to write fake reviews or something.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I send a box to Honduras a few months ago, I was told it was going to take a month to arrive. When I called after the month was over I was told to wait one more week and call back. I waited one more week and they kept telling me que la caja estaba en Aduanas. That they had my box and I had to wait until they let the box go for delivery. I asked multiple times about how long and they assured me one month for delivery that turned into almost 3 months and I did ask if they would open up my box to check my box in Honduras I was told no. When my cousin finally received the box it was open, and I did take a video and pictures of all I send to her there was so many things missing. When I called to complain the guy told me oh yea they do open the boxes to check them. In my case they just took things out and I’m still waiting for the investigation that they are doing supposedly. Haven’t heard from them since. Muy mal servicio y me robaron cosas y no es justo que no me Allan no regresado la llamada para ver como se resuelve lo de el robo.

Was referred to Valle Express by a friend because we use to use King Express and had issues years ago so we completely stopped shipping to Guatemala because of that. The prices for the size boxes are GREAT! I was a little worried as this was my 1st time using them and I had expensive electronics in the large boxes that exceeded the insurance amount, they assured me it was very rare for the boxes to be open or even lost and they were right!! Package was delivered on time and with great care. My family is now using them and we have started a 2nd box for shipment. Definitely recommend them !!

Lo peor en envíos, no hace mucho enviamos una caja hacia Nicaragua, tras que tardan mucho mas de lo que prometen todavía se roban todo lo que hay en la caja, no llego nada de lo que envié, sacaron todo lo de valor y dejaron lo que no les gustó, lo peor es que cuando haces el reclamo te ponen mil peros para no solucionarte el problema. Creo que hasta que les pongan una demanda van a poder trabajar a como es. No sirven para nada.

Esta empresa del valle , no se merece ni una estrella, es ridiculo el tiempo que se lleva en entrega, personal incapacitado, se burlan de los clientes , cuando estaba el gerente anterior ,hace ya un ano atras las cosas marchaban bien. No usen esta empresa para enviar sus encomiendas. 2 meses y dicen aun esta en aduanas , asi dicen para safarse
