why do your drivers bang mallets on their trucks as if we are in the stone age irritating everyone in the neighborhood? Why not invest in better technology to unload flour more efficiently. Im sure your drivers would appreciate that instead of banging their hammers on trucks while it's 2 degrees outside and your neighbors will thank you.

This was a terrible company to work as a driver. I was with them for 2 years and initially they lured me in by stating no forced dispatch, weekly guarantee, and a strong emphasis on safety. However, they will tell you to drive over hours, leave you hanging at a consignee for over 12 hours in a day cab. If you are a minute late to the consignee for a delivery, you will lose your weekly guarantee and your quarterly bonus.

It was bad enough that I reported them to the federal DOT for multiple violations and attempting to force me to violate FMCSA regulations.

Very poor company, they treat you like a piece of garbage. Dispatch is forced...

Do you study before you take that step..

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I don't even know where to start. My husband works there and for maybe 2 months he worked 6 or 7 days in a row. He asked them about the overtime because his paycheck wasn't reflecting it. They told him he had the wrong sheet. How should he have known that? Why would he have questioned it? Then they have CAMERAS. He had two evaluations, but haven't heard anything about either of them. How does he know what he's doing right or wrong? This is ridiculous. Very, very, very, unprofessional.

Company is not community friendly. They clean their trucks at disrespectful hours.
