My recruiter Hailey has been the best recruiter I have ever dealt with. Hailey has exceeded all my expectations in the course of the hiring process, she was available to answer all my questions even in her off time. Hailey would also check in with me every single day to see how everything was going. Even on the weekend, not to many recruiters will do that. All recruiters should be just like her. You hear the horror stories of fellow drivers and think it’d NEVER be you! This company that is now going under the name KSM CARRIERS is completely wrong. Outside of the nasty attitude of dispatch manager “Robert” they completely lie. They will grab last minute loads that are underpaying ($700-$1300) mind you, we are a team, & not only try to rush us, but become frustrated when we inquire about information. Like pay & miles/ location. They have lied about not knowing delivery times, and given our personal numbers to brokers. Well, Friday after informing our dispatch team that we would NOT be available UNTIL 5:30 to pick up a load, they booked it and told brokers we’d be there by 4. These brokers ask for tracking, via macro point app & therefore could see our actual location. long story short, they lied to us as well as broker and because they gave that broker my direct number… see messages in blue. I went ahead & put them on a conference call, and Robert tried to lie and say he was not informed of the time from broker, and she interrupted him and basically called him out. He then hung up the phone and ceased all communication with us. Yes, i got very snappy, because this is not the first time he has had an attitude via text or call. Now, after we requested a new dispatch team bc they clearly lied, they called us in about a maintence check to switch from dry van to reffer, as we requested this back in Dec., but really had us come there to end contract (fired us) once we made it. stating that because we had 2 blown tires on a trailer, causing late delivery(also attached) and said they never received pictures. &that we have been late, another lie, that i can also provide proof of. That’s attached as well, with confirmation from their safety. ALSO, AFTER they give our personal number to these “brokers” some of them request pics with peace signs (see attached) claiming drivers steal loads that one is still a mystery. STAY AWAY FROM KSM CARRIERS!!

To be clear, my 5-star review is solely for my recruiter, Annabel Smith. I will return to share my thoughts on KSM as a company after I have more experience working with them as an independent contractor. There are one serious promises from the maintenance manager that need to be fulfilled, along with some other matters to address. However, without a doubt, Annabel deserves recognition beyond just this review.

This is by far the best company I've ever worked for, my fleet coordinator Robert never let's me down, gets me home on time and aslo for personal reasons. Justin and Tony are awesome down to earth guys, always willing to help even if it's finding a place to park late-night. Robert always finds the best loads that will maximize my weekly earnings. AWESOME COMPANY!!!!!!!
