Ok,This place needs be more organized...HAVE PAPERWORK TOGETHER..If you PU or Deliver you got to check in on computer first or App(lady at desk prefer computer) then you sit down and wait to be called so they can process paperwork and you gone need your license..Once they call you for process paperwork,give it to forklift Operator who you can barely understand..You gone sit in that room like lil mice looking out a glass window waiting for the Operator to come get you then you stand by your door and he unloads you...Overnight parking on curb in front of door..I parked in door and went to sleep..I gave it 2 stars because the lady TRIED helping me even though she was a little confused but they open at 8am not a minute before...Get there early or you gone be in a long line...my appt was at 1300..I was there at 8am..left at 10pm because of confusion..Check in Tower/building D at the end...APP called "SPRINTPASS"

Delivered a load for export today at Tower D with Turkish Airlines. My driver was in a time crunch to get to his next pickup and the shipper took a long time to load and get the paperwork in line. The service at Turkish was exceptional and every person who serviced our company was very communicative. Shamil was the forklift operator, and I must say, while being very attentive to security measures and necessary procedures, he managed to get us unloaded promptly and was very polite! The docks got busy right around the time we got finished, so we probably hit a good time spot as well. From bumping the dock to out the dock it took us 30 minutes. High marks! Export dock #84-107. Import is the other side of the tower.

I had a bad experience specially the guy who came for d first time.
First of all, they didn’t know which building i have to go. So i go back and forth 836- 837 then they told me tower D. The girl sitting in front desk told me check in computer. I already did she told me do it again. I done it again but show nothing on phone screen.
She can’t help me due to computer not accepting pickup code. Wow, then i started again same process then by following link and i crack the code. The problem started afterwards that she told me to sit here and we will call your name.
I was sitting for like 15-20 mins then another truck driver told me you have to park first then you have to come inside. Sorry, but your management need change. The black lady in front desk she helped me by understanding the question what i am asking. She was professional too. Other than that none of them don’t know if person comes first time how to help. Waste my 2 hrs and still counting.

First time picking up here and I hope the last time. Seems like the office is staffed with a lot of chiefs with no Indians. Something that should take 1 hour is dragged out for 5 hours. Lazy entitled folks just avoid the place if you can help it.

I went there a few minutes ago to pick up for the 1st time not knowing what to do it how to check in. Fortunately I ran into the lady at the check in counter who patiently walked me thru the whole process without hesitation. I'm very thankful for her and her willingness to help. Attention drivers come over here if you want to waste your day. Please stay away from this place. Otherwise, you are going to have a bad day. Nobody cares about drivers' bad management
