I had load to this facility on Friday (10.06) , and I arrived at 4:50 pm , they unloaded me but they did not wait for me until I close my trailer door and they closed the facility , I stayed there till 8 pm and couldn’t find anyone and called to police to open the gate for me , I would not recommend you guys to take load towards to this place

The lady who sits at shipping and receiving is one of the rudest person i've encountered...the drivers have to sit in a cage till she opens the door and once in front of her after she calls u in , its a waiting game..she will take her own sweet time to even look at u..after calling me in , i was asked to go back and again sit in the cage without any explanation..when i asked her that didnt she call me , she starts yelling and says " i don't have to explain to u anything and I dont have the time to explain to u." quite curtly...i wish someone in the company teaches her basic customer service...its sad that Hellman Logistics will get a bad rap due to her..

Everytime I come to this place the ladies at the receiving desk will ignore you. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes plus to get checked in.

This company is racist starting from Mairi the manager to Cynthia the supervisor who doesn't even know how to file a simple AES customs filing. A joke for management period. They asked the Hispanics not to speak Spanish and think they were going to get away with this. Not a chance they aren't getting away with this at all. My case is going even better now that they gave in to doing what the lawyers expected them to do.
