If this business will shut down it’s because of that lady answering the customers phone call. She’s very rude/SOBRANG MATARAY that I never met since I got here. I have to spoke in English because my husband is an American and his sitting right next to me. My boxes were picked up her 05/02 & 05/17/22 and got there 12/02/22. The one box was damaged and a lot inside of the contents that were garbage instead they can used. They don’t handle with care. If you have your own business, you should have a good manners and know how to hide you true attitude or else don’t start a business. The most important in a business is the customer service that make the business successful. I won’t recommend this company to anybody at all. Very very disappointed!!!!!

Bad company. Really bad. Box is super late. No answer. “ BASTOS “ sa phone. Picked up in Illinois 12-30-21. Finally arrived 6-18-22!!! 6 1/2 months.

I made a 2-day early schedule for a balikbayan box pick up. We agreed to a 10am to 12nn timeline. On the pick up day, they called at 9am that their driver arrives at 10am so the pick up may be within the 2 hours gap. Being the patient customer, we waited until 12:40pm and texted them if they're near. This guy (must be the owner) called and said that they prioritized a far north location and said we should go our own activities for the day and then they'll call us an hour before the pick up. He could not give us a certain time of the day for pick up and was saying it might be in the afternoon and then later in the conversation suggesting in the evening. They just wasted our time waiting and did not even think of calling earlier to say they can't make the pick up time. We canceled the pick up. The guy was unapologetic and and rude to say good luck to us as if we could not find better shipping companies. He doesn't respect your time. Don't trust him your balikbayan box or your money.

I Have been sending a lot of cargo with TBAR specially during the construction of my house in the Philippines, employees are good in customer service , and all those years, nothing is lost , from 5 boxes to 12 boxes( I MEAN NOTHING is lost, ) in my balikbayan box, Your boxes will arrive intact and in a timely manner, the handling of your package is amazing!!!!!! wrapped in plastic and strap.

Very poor customer service! The boxes were delivered very late at the final destination. It took almost 5 months to deliver. Not recommended!

This is the worst place to ship a box thru box left my house in October 2017 told me it would be leaving beginning of november website says 6 wks to manila jan 12 never recieve yet im not happy
