Customer Experience and Insights

Customer feedback on Google My Business paints a picture of a service that, while knowledgeable and helpful, can be challenging for first-timers. With an average opinion of 2.5/5 out of 5, it's clear that while many appreciate the staff's expertise, especially the truck drivers who guide unfamiliar passengers through the loading process, the overall experience can be cumbersome. The process involves navigating a busy area, parking in a designated spot, and then meticulously following instructions to ensure a smooth loading process. This might be daunting for those not accustomed to such procedures.

Recommendations for Potential Users

For anyone considering using Emirates SkyCargo, it's advisable to prepare for a potentially complex initial experience. Given the company's busy and sometimes slow service, choosing a less crowded time might enhance the ease of use. It's also beneficial to arrive early and seek out parking in an open area to avoid additional stress. While the staff is generally helpful, especially the truck drivers, taking a moment to understand the basic process can significantly streamline your experience.

Despite the challenges, Emirates SkyCargo offers a valuable service for those needing air transport solutions. Not the best place for Pick up. Very busy , very slow , need to be inside at dock to watch and tell them how to load your truck . First park at some empty door and then go inside to check in . Difficult for first time , no one from the office explain the procedure how it work , but all truck drivers know that and are very helpful to give you shots what to do . First sign at one of the computers , then wait to call you name and go to the window , then wait to call your name from the doch area and go inside the fence and go to you dock number door

Philipino lady at the front is always nice. A gem in that work environment. Sad to say they are also the slowest in all of Chicago. Truckers actually bring their own chairs to set in. They open at 7. You can be first in line and still wait 40 minutes for the forklift drivers to notice you. Then theyll do something else and nota acknowledge you at all. My guess is they need to be paid per truck!!!! Instead of hourly!

All this guys in cargo area who's loading and unloading trucks needs to be fired. Very slow , not acceptable in any way. Sometimes it takes 5 to 7 hours to load a truck. What kind of business is that? And of course management doesn't know anything about that.

I had adopted a cat from the UAE, and he flew in cargo today. I had no idea what I was doing or going when I arrived a very nice gentleman explained where I should go, so when I got to counter another gentleman came out and mind you his flight hadn't landed yet, asked for my paprework and assure me it would be about 45-50mins. Asked if i already went to customs (I had not) and told me he would take care of everything.
I was really honestly impressed with how polite everyone was to me and how they kept me informed on what was going on, the terminal manager himself came out and let me know that my cat passed customs and asked the lady at counter to go ahead and process my paperwork so when the cat got to terminal I could get on my way home.
Like I said I was very pleased with how everyone was so helpful.
I would use this service again for sure.
