T-bone steaks are almost 50% fat! I asked the manager if he can trim some for me and he said no. At 14.99lb the customer will be ripped off. Disappointed of their customer service Oct. 27 2024

Usually I love coming to this store for groceries and for the hot food from the kitchen. Mostly the hot food from the kitchen. But today I’m so unpleasantly surprised. Food is getting pushed out and left on this counter. It has been sitting out for several minutes. 2 staff members were cooking but the one packaging was in the bathroom, or what? Now she’s back with a line of food to bag. I’m bothered by the time it sat out and I’m concerned with why she was gone so long. I don’t feel good about this food service this time. She was nice and served the people waiting quick enough but still, there shouldn’t be just an expert on this part of the counter and an expert over here, stopping the line if one expert has to poop. Kitchen staff should have 1-2 “floaters”, or people who are capable of maintaining several crucial areas of the kitchen.

I went to get something from the bakery a cake to be exact and when I asked the female what flavor the cake was in Spanish since she straight out looked Hispanic and even her was a Hispanic name comes out with I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish. Lmao how in the world she don't speak Spanish when she's straight out Hispanic working in a Hispanic store.

They say they are open until 10 pm, when for walk and made it there before 10pm and was told they closed and my senior parents had to eat microwave dinner due to me not being able to purchase meat. Very sad if not open until 10pm why post the hours will be filing thru corporate also and fallowing up this is ridiculous. We

Worse experience at the food center...when for carnitas it had a bad smell and i had to tell her to stop giving me the meat chucks from under the oil..food just nasty there.

This is my favorite grocery store of all time. Just imagine going to heaven, it would be this store! The meat department has every kind of cut you can imagine, there is a delicatessen devoted to strictly cheese and a bakery that is to die for! They even have a Taqueria that has whatever your heart desires. Not only is the staff here the welcoming and kind, but the prices are so low that Flo Rida himself would sing about it. So in closing, this grocery store is a prime example of perfection.
