Literally zero issue with this company in their business practice.

Need to teach their drivers not to lay on the horn in average traffic truck number 116 is doing that repeatedly on i-95 8am 9-26-24.

Not sure why they can't use their brakes when they have a huge gap in front of them to the next car. Very odd.

They're super helpful and friendly. They got 2 docks for shipping, i guess soons you got one. They will load you quickly. Make sure you are nice to them. If you forget to print ur BOL, they'll do it for you free.

I’ve picked up a food trailer from them today very nice and friendly people, they do great job without any problems, everything was perfect they were fast and positive. Mason did great job with all communications. Thank you all again.

Just want to say these guys are on TOP of their communication for their customers. Usually answers right away and if not they'll answer the phone pretty fast without long hold times. They get their work done quick and is in constant communication of the process. Mason and Chris are a pleasure to work with and as forwarders we all know our customers are on top of us asking us "when is it ready" every few hours and they answer with professionalism every time without even sounding the least bit frustrated or annoyed at my constant emails. Finally a warehouse that actually cares about their customers.

Eagle air freight was my assigned warehouse after receiving an ocean shipment. This was my first experience importing and I had tons of questions. Mason had to deal with a significant number of questions by phone and email from me trying to coordinate pick up. Through the entire process he never seemed frustrated. A few things as a “civilian receiver”. I was originally told by the shipper that a flat bed trailer would have worked for pick up. Eagle air was transparent with first communication that I had to have a loading dock height truck. Their suggestion was a tow truck. This solution worked but had added unexpected costs.
While the Eagle air freight guys did an amazing job, I felt like the fork lift operators had little concern with my freight as significant damage occurred to packaging when they loaded onto truck. customs was challenging because they provide no communication and seemed to have limited
Communication with Eagle air. All in all my goods arrived safe Eagle Air and Mason remained calm during my
Relentless emails.

I missed my appointment to my primary care Dr. They were a No Call No Show then lied about picking me up. When I filed a complaint they did not use there gps because they are liars. I got them find for 500$

got loaded fast, docks 17,18 for out going, guy name Dylan super helpful, i would say turn left leaving facility to get on hwy

Doc manager was extremely rude. I run a small but growing business and I admit I have little experience with freight companies but what could have been a cordial back and forth between a new client and an experienced manager tuned into a horrible experience where I was blamed, accused and threatened.

I can not recommend this freight company nor will I be using there services in the future.
