I have used Crane Cargo a number of times. One very helpful service they provide is to collect cargo - at $70 they collected my 6 pieces of Cargo from Maryland to Boston. You cannot beat that. Prior I had to send the cargo by FedEx which was very expensive. Secondly, Crane cargo provided me with a quote and when the items came in under weight from the estimate I had provided , they lowered their charges, who does that as I would not have questioned their charge? I was very impressed by this honestly. Third, I particularly like that they send you updates about the status of your cargo the moment they receive it and as it moves from Boston to Uganda, when it’s in Mombasa, with customs in Uganda etc, until they ask you to collect. I have only had an incredibly positive experience almost all the time with Crane Cargo Team. They could be on the expensive side compared to others but I feel, with the negative experiences I have had with cheaper ones, their charges are worth it. Thank you Crane Cargo team for always executing your services with finesse - the people who answer the phone, pick up the cargo and in Kampala. Arthur you should be proud of your team. May you continue to be blessed in your works. Amen.

I’m all for good customer service and they are the best. The communication of knowing when the shipment would arrive was the best. My shipment arrived in a timely manner, my stuff was not opened or tampered with every thing was intact and I was waiting to hear from my people who received the shipment and they were all so pleased with the services. I’m using these guys again. It’s worth every money put in. Wish there was more than 5 stars, I’d give it. Please use them if you are trying out for your first time. “Nothing got lost and nothing damaged. All all the employees are welcoming, when you call their office they take their time to explain each and everything you need to know. You just need to seat back and relax and let your family or company know that the package is on the way . Instead of traveling with so many suitcases while going for your holiday, I would advise you to send them thru~Crane cargo first and then when it’s time to travel just walk to the airport relaxed like a king and enjoy your trip with no luggage .
