Don’t ship your pets with them! My pet was injured and NOBODY informed me! They could’ve helped her but they chose not to. To make it worse they take no accountability! Thousands of dollars in damages and not a care in the world from this company!!!! AVOID.

Thieves. They told me I could leave my dog travel crates (size 500 - extremely large) to pick up with a rental car, by the time I came back the kennels disappeared and “no one knew” what happened to them.

Only 1 star just because of the peoples who helped me. Especially air wolf driver, he helps me a lot
Other than that avoid at all costs!!! They don't give a s....t to your trailer! They will damage it! Do not go there!

Terrible service, they do not care about the dogs in their care or care to help the owners with the process even though they charge for the supposed service. Please avoid this company and better use an airline cargo company.
