We had an amazing stay at Timberline #31. The condo was extremely cozy & furnished with all the necessities. You can tell there have been recent upgrades to the kitchen & bathrooms. The location was great; we were able to walk to nearby restaurants for breakfast & dinner. Check in/check out instructions were very clear & thorough. Also of note, we had arrived during a major storm & the staff were extremely helpful in clearing walkways & paths for the cars. Highly recommend, can’t wait to stay there again!

Sunflower 47: The value of the house was great! However the sheets for the couch bed were left in a bag in the guest bedroom and we couldn’t find them after searching through all the drawers etc when we got in very late at night. I requested extra jacuzzi towels for $50 but didn’t get them (they were dropped off later) and then we never actually used the jacuzzi. There should be salt and pepper for cooking and there were only 4 matching plates and cups so I went and bought plastic cups. The filtered water tastes good. The heat didn’t work in the master one night, but I was able to turn it all the way down and back up and all the sudden it started working. The area when you enter is very tight, that hall closet could be cleaned out and boots could be stored there. There’s not enough room for 8 people to get their boots off in the entry. The door scrapes the master toilet, but the bathrooms have been nicely updated. The bathroom toiletries were very small, I would just have refillable bottles. The toilet paper was so thin and scratchy I bought a different at the store. It was worse than the mountain. Having a washer and dryer was nice, there were packets of soap to use. The house was only 10 minutes away from the mountain without traffic. There’s no covered parking so we had to dig out cars out after a snow storm.

The unit we stayed in was in a great spot. Close to the lifts. It had comfortable furniture in the common den. But all of the mattresses on the beds were way too thin and hard. The pillows were terrible and basically cardboard. The master bedroom is located right next to an external staircase and is terribly loud. The kitchen has adequately stocked pots and pans and a fair amount of dishwater. But it was not well stocked. Did not even have salt available for guests. Other rentals in mammoth are way better in terms of being “well stocked.” In any event, the beds we so uncomfortable that we decided not to stay the final day and instead just drove home.

We recently stayed at a property in Mammoth and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The space was clean, well stocked and the management company provided everything we needed for our stay. They had the house rules and check in/out process easily accessible along with many recommendations on what to do in the area.

Everything was great. The condo was the perfect location, very close to the Eagle Lodge. The condo had all of the necessary items that we needed to make our stay a relaxing and fun one. I will definitely come back again.

We took our three grandchildren to Mammoth for a three day fishing trip. First time staying at this lodge. It met all of our expectations. It was cozy and clean! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware for easy cooking and use. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Check in/check out very easy and fast. We will definitely book this place again!

A lovely stay at Mammoth Green #105. The unit was clean and comfortable. The showers were great after a long day of hiking. Mornings and evenings on the patio overlooking the golf course were so enjoyable! Any questions and/or concerns I had were met with an immediate response / resolution. Thank you for a great stay!
