Room 101 has a nice bed but is extremely loud in the morning. Toilets and clothes dryer sounds from several rooms around and above. Breakfast had the typical jailhouse eggs but decent variety other than that. NO hot tub. Underground parking

It seems our room on the second floor was recently renovated. No carpet, not shower over tub, glass shower doors not shower curtain, bed and pillows were comfortable. Hot breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles. Bread, yogurt, fruits. Reception staff and breakfast lady were friendly.

I would rate it higher, because check-in was easy, the bed was comfortable and clean, and Mammoth is a beautiful location, but I didn't get much sleep due to noise. The ac/heater unit kept waking me up, there was constant low level noise from a device in the hallway, and I could hear my neighbor when they woke up in the morning. For the record, I was in unit 103. I needed a room because I was in an emergency, but I would not stay in that room again, and if there were no quieter air units, I would not stay in this hotel again.

We have stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Mammoth Lakes area (August 2024). The hotel looks dated from outside. But once you are inside, you will feel the difference. The room that we stayed had been recently renovated with vinyl flooring, plenty of electrical outlets for charging all our devices and comfortable bed. The room had a microwave, a minifridge and a coffee maker. You can also have complementary coffee at lobby almost all day. The coffee was good as well as the complementary breakfast. We had done a lot of hikes on unpaved trails in this area and needed to do laundry. This hotel has a laundry facility that was helpful. The air conditioner worked perfectly and we had decent sleep. The front desk person/manager was very nice. This facility does not have an elevator. So, if you do not feel comfortable to climb stairs, please consider to stay at lobby level only. If I am visiting this area, I'll definitely consider staying here.

Trust our credibility, we are all EMTs serving southern California and planned this trip in mammoth to snowboard. Off the get go, the staff was not knowledgeable about this job, and were unable to communicate effectively as their english was hard to understand and they were not following any procedure, as they did what they felt. We asked for extra blankets at night as our 2 year old child was extremely cold due to the wall losing power, and they said they don’t have any more blankets. That’s not even possible. Additionally, when we asked for a room change, they said they were unable to do it for the entirety of our six day stay as they were full. We were extremely uncomfortable that night to the point where we slept in car with the engine on to stay warm. I do NOT recommend this place at all as their staff, especially front desk, is horrible and hard to understand.

The spa is not working and will not be working for the foreseeable future. They would not give a partial refund even though it showed the spa as available on all booking sites. The breakfast was decent and the room was mostly clean. Linens and towels had stains and were not soft

Booked 2 rooms at this hotel after making sure of road access. However, due to heavy rain, roads were closed on the day at 3pm from Yosemite national park.

When I told the hotel of this, the person was very unsympathetic and just said other guests are checking in and you should find a way to the property. This way he suggested would potentially be very unsafe. They refused to do anything about the booking or cancellation even though the circumstances were completely out of control.

We originally booked through hotels.com and they messed it all up. Luckily, the very kind gentleman behind the desk, by the name of Jay, stayed later than the end of his shift in order to deal with hotels.com and advocate for our best deal and stay.
