Don't enter this restaurant, in any case, all the dirty oil is not changed, the French fries, it was impossible to eat Burger, tasteless service, no, A full glass of ice, disgusting taste of soda

I've been coming here for years, and it's been a few months since we have. Normally do drive thru and get the bucket meal and never had a problem. (Unless they were sold out of original time to time)
Today I decided to order through the app for pick up.
I ordered the Double Decker Sandwich (been wanting to see what the hullabaloo was about)
First off I stood to be acknowledged for a couple mins, but there were two women who clearly seen me standing there. When the girl working the drive thru popped out from the corner she helped me which took seconds to hand me my order.
Got home to find out they gave me a different chicken sandwich altogether. Sat on the phone for 4 minutes as no one answered, so I hung up. My hubby was awesome enough to drive back down there, and show them the screen shot of my order. He said the girl snatched it from him and said "ok" as she stormed off to the back to make my actual sandwich I ordered.
She apparently kept giving him rude looks when she came back with the proper sandwich.
Normally I'd be whatever and just eat what I get when there is a mess up with order. When it's a few bucks difference, and the bottom bun of the incorrect sandwich is hard as a rock as if it's stale from sitting around too long, sorry but no.
The proper sandwich I finally got was the driest chicken I ever had, and the spicy sauce was the only thing that saved it - sort of. Would've been nice to have it throughout the sandwich and not just a blob of it off to just a quarter of one side.
I've worked for In-N-Out and Carl's Jr in the past, and if I presented food like that even if incorrect, let alone act like that to a customer I would've been fired on the spot.
Obviously management is not the same, and no one cares to even be there. Let alone uphold any kind of respectful customer service.
Looks like they've lost yet another customer, and it's a shame for how well this KFC used to be.

We came just after they were closing up and we couldn’t use the drive thru because of our trailer. They decided to help us out and serve us even though they didn’t have to. The food was amazing too and we got everything we ordered. Definitely coming back here

I think that 50 dollars is a lot for just a chicken tender meal for 10 tenders and Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy and 4 biscuits is a lot of my money I remember when that would only cost you like 19.99 not anymore thanks California for raising the minimum wage you've out priced us on everything now shakes head

Horrible. Ordered online. Chicken fryer was down and only had tenders. Ranch sauce in packet and Mac n cheese was awful. I didn't get my order till I went in at 11:20 ordered online for a 11:01 pickup. She had come to the door but she told me that the chicken fryer was down but that mine would be done by 11:20 but that's not what she meant to say she meant to say they don't have chicken at all and they only have tenders. It really just doesn't taste the same and not only that the drink machine read out of order.

Stood in line for 26 minutes at 2pm in the afternoon. Speed it up! Drive through was moving quicker but the staff inside was very slow. Did they have to go out and catch the chickens and fish? Boo 👎 👎 👎
