I will give no star at all ( it’s just I can’t post it without putting a star). Very bad service. My first time and will not going to use UMAC again to send balikbayan to Philippines. Imagine I send 3 boxes last August 2022, it’s 2023 I still do not know I when mg boxes will deliver. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

It’s my first time using this company and it’s prostrating cause when I tried contacting the provincial representative, they do not answer calls and messages. The shipment already arrived in the city but no deliveries yet. It’s a big question WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THE BOXES, ARE THEY PLAYING CUSTOMS AND LOOKING WHATS INSIDE THE BOX 🙄🙄 I HOPE NO MAGIC HAPPENS ON OUR PACKAGE!! I will change this review once my package arrives.
