This is probably the worst experience I ever had. My name was second on the signing sheet but I spent almost three hours in the lobby before I was called. The agent named Gene was so lazy and unprofessional. He spent more time talking to coworkers than helping his customers. He spent so much time on one customer and more time organizing his paperwork. The other agents were processing their customers fast but this agent was taking his time. He shouldn't be working there. Also I had to wait 5 hours to pick up my staff. I would not recommend Mercury Air cargo to anyone.

Customer service sucks, the waiting is always long even when there are few customer people at the desk find the way for be lazy. If you get here be prepared to spend a least 90 minutes in waiting for them to call you.

Hi ,I'm a driver, I pickup & deliver crew members safely to their destination. MURCURY CARGO is a busy place most of the time. When it comes to Crews,
KALITTA CREW MEMBERS are my favorites!! both the men & women They're always Professional,
Polite, comfortable to be around, sometimes they can be hilarious!!! Maybe its jet lag?
Just all around good people.

Processed my pick up 2 hours ago, still standing here waiting. No one else was ahead of me to pick up, this is pretty ridiculous. I'm only picking up 2 boxes lol

Be prepared to wait a Longggggg time. They only have 2 people that works the counter. Been here 2 days in a row and had to wait 2 plus hours both days.
