Chuck is amazing. Full stop. I travel a lot for work, often times with very early morning flights and late evening arrivals in SFO. He's incredibly punctual, always confirms everything the day before, and keeps a close eye on flight status. He also has a larger van and has taken my family (with all our luggage, car seat, and a stroller!) back and forth to the airport as well. Great guy and very personable - highly recommend!

In a world of seemingly unlimited services available to us, I would rate none higher than Marin County Taxi. They are always prompt, professional, friendly, and 100% reliable. That has not always been my experience with other ride services. I particularly like that they offer me the ability to schedule my ride ahead of time, that they check in with me to confirm my ride the day before, and that they maintain a flat rate charge to the airport, which is my primary destination. Had urgent need to get to Kaiser. Cannot use Uber or Lyft because they insist address on my card doesn't coincide with my address. I've tried to fix the issue several times with no success. They don't have a customer service, a help line. So I used Novato cab. It was a great experience. The driver was prompt, polite & professional. Very grateful to them.
