Working with any business, you have good and bad experiences, the good ones you take for granted. It’s the bad ones you remember forever. After many years of my loyalty to this company, I had a very bad experience. The pricing isn’t transparent as you may think. They simply won’t share some the fees they collected. Try to ask Peter for the receipts of the itemized the costs. Good luck! The trucking company selected by the GWL was misleading on its services so to collect more fees. We are all in business to make money. That said, transparency and honesty with your clients go a very long way.
