totally unprofessional people are working here. mostly indian without any technical knowledge about logistics industry. not sure when these guys can be blocked by FMCSA, otherwise that kind of cheap brokers will ruin our trucking industry. i have called them for one load. one broker give me rate 3600. when normally rates run between 3800 to 4000. same time other gives me rate 3500 and in last one told 3400 would be their best. they were trying to find the guys at lowest. hope i can give them zero star

What a crap company. I call them asking for Jenny. They are asking for a truck in a short amount of time. I was saying something and in the middle of my sentence I was thrown on hold and hung up. Crap employees. Crap service. Run away as far you can from this company.

Our driver spent over 5 hours at their customer's location, and they flat out refused to pay detention. This is extremely unprofessional, and I strongly advise other carriers to avoid working with them.

Any reputable carrier should be aware that you are playing with fire when dealing with this broker. They are not only dishonest, but will intentionally be unresponsive once they realize they have an issue. They booked a load with my company and were persistent about making sure we were en route to pick it up. Of course we were on time and there as promised. When we arrived to the shipper, nobody was there. We got in touch with someone by doing some research of our own and were told that the shipment was supposed to have been picked up days prior. They also informed us that they are closed on Wednesday's, which is the day we were there to pick up. We informed the broker and all they would do is ask us to layover until the following day. Of course that was not an option, so we asked for a TONU. Surprise, Surprise, now they don't want to talk to us. They do not reply to emails/texts and when we call we are immediately put on hold. If we call back they either do not answer or they answer and hang up. Read this review, believe it.....they are "that" kind of broker. I hope this helps someone not waste time and money. They will not value your time or expenses.

Do not waste your time to book load with this Company, They gonna Screw you up later on. I book load with David working with this Company, I was keep asking don't cancel the load after booking, because he called me that shipper looking to give this load $50 less then I book with you. After few hours they called me load is not ready today. So please be careful before you book with them.

Booked a load with them , said they will email me rate con , never did , load was still posted . Tried to call them many times , didnt answered the phone im sure they were still trying to cover this load for less money .
