There is a reason why you should come to this Ace hardware store instead of the other big box store.
First, the store is clean with wide aisles, well lit and organized. Upon entering, you are greeted and offered assistance and direction to help you get to where you need to be. Saves you the annoyance of aimlessly wandering the aisles.
Once you get to the proper aisle there WILL be someone there to help you. And that associate actually knows something!
True that Ace won't have absolutely everything, but they will make the effort to find what you need and get you in the right direction. Recently, I was there looking for plumbing products for a repair. They had some of the parts but not all of them. The team took the time to help me find and order the missing parts online. The parts arrived at my home the next day...job done... Who provides that kind of service these days?

Excellent customer service and selection. One of my favorite stores to visit in Manteca. They are always so helpful, considerate, and friendly. If you want excellent customer service this is the hardware store to go to.

I go here quite often, for hardware and supplies to work on my vehicle. Every single time I go, I'm always greeted, and at some point while browsing, am asked if I am finding everything I'm looking for.

All the employees are great, and they know to prioritize the customer when one walks into their area, whether they are having a small chat or doing restocking/reorganizing.

That alone is the biggest reason I will always shop here first before Lowe's or Home Depot. The second reason, is it is more of a home owner/small project friendly business. No need to buy mass quantities of anything, and everything is always organized and easy to navigate.

The selection of hardware available is great; i have yet to give up and buy hardware on Amazon.

A huge thank you to the employees. You make the shopping experience painless, and that is the most important aspect when I already have a project vehicle giving me a headache.
