Beware there two addresses belong to Kraft. There 980 and 500. The 500 is at the right loft next to the Home Depot parking lot next to a small metal gate.

I had to come back and get reloaded here 2 times because the forklift drivers kept loading the trailer wrong. Security guard takes their time 20 minutes to check 1 truck in. Rude older woman security guard in the afternoon's. I won't be back

Wilson/ Prime driver.
From guard to office personnel, all rude and unhelpful. All negative reviews are true. My situation is too complicated to explain, but they screwed me and didn't care.
During our conversations, the office people just kept doing is saying "I DON'T KNOW" and shrugging their shoulders. Didn't bother trying to help me from their mistake.

Update: Thanks to another Prime driver, my issue was resolved. NO thanks to personnel. Lesson learned.

Costco attempted to use this service for shipping a new mattress. They are rude, and they refused to deliver in a timely manner. If you order ANYTHING from Costco, make sure the DO NOT use Ryder! It will save you a lot of headaches

Can check in early, Get door straight, Keep door closed, Loading took 2-3 hours,Fatty Security guy are Rude,If u Dn't know how to respect truckers then dn't work there and go home man.

Long wait, around 7 hours ,overweighted rear axle 38000 lb again dock another 4 hours for fix weight, finally keep away from this place , no respect for driver here,specially owner operator, good luck 👍

I’ve been here 2 times already for a pick up. So far I’ve been there no more than 4 hours. Staff is friendly as long as you don’t approach aggressively. Clean restrooms
They also have vending machines.
No overnight parking
