If there was a sixth star possible these guys would get it. I needed a shipment to go from Healdsburg, Ca. to Miami, Florida and arrive within a week. Pick up was seamless, even in the rain. I was sent pictures of the packaging and it was expertly done. The crate arrived in five days and this was during Thanksgiving. Great crew, good communication and arrived ahead of time. All of this at a fair price. I was most pleased. Will use them again and again.

I needed to ship an antique coffee table to Chicago on semi-short notice and while I originally considered UPS I decided freight shipping would be more secure. I found Craters and Freighters because they were the most local to me and thank goodness. The entire process was quick and completely problem free. I worked with Will to set up a pick up time. The men showed up promptly and packed up the coffee table securely and took it away.
Once I got to Chicago, I got a call to set up the delivery appointment. I paid extra for “white glove service” where the men placed the table where I wanted and they unpacked it and took away all the packing material. The entire process took just under a week.
Will and all the men were professional and great to work with. Honestly, I paid a premium for the whole experience but if you want something done right, you have to pay for it. No problem spending the money for excellent service. So, if you got to ship valuable or priceless stuff securely and quickly, Will and the crew at Craters and Freighters are perfect for the job.

Polite, professional, dependable, competent and kind. My experience with Javier and Ricardo was such a pleasant surprise! They carefully secured and wrapped the large, flatbed printer before maneuvering it out to their truck. They took their time to properly secure the printer inside of their moving truck as well. Without hesitation, I would rely on them to help in any future move.
