Bathroom break but man, did that pizza in the convenience store look good. It's right off the highway and super convenient as they also serve trucks. That means the turns are wide and there is plenty of room. And the gas is just a bit cheaper than most in this neighborhood.

Plenty of snacks and drinks. Rest room was clean today.

Been coming here for years and it's always been great and is still great. However, whoever is in charge of buying the squeegees, can you please fix this problem? The squeegee heads don't match the squeegee sticks and are very difficult to use. Thanks in advance.

I usually don't complain about stuff like this, but for whatever reason I'm just in a mood this morning. This one star isn't for the lack of service (which is fine, everyone was nice) or parking (which was wide open when I arrived here at 2:00 in the afternoon) but my complaint is due to lack of supply. I have been to many Pilots in WA, OR, CA, NV, and AZ and this is the FIRST where at 5:30 in the morning, there isn't a sign of hot breakfast items ANYWHERE. Sure they have fresh cinnabons, but I'm talking about things that AREN'T loaded with sugar. They had no breakfast burritos, no breakfast sandwiches, no roller items, NOTHING. In all honesty, I couldn't even find REFRIGERATED breakfast items I could have heated up on my own. Again, this is excluding pastries. There was just something about not being able to find a convenient hot breakfast item that was really frustrating. I guess the silver lining is that I still got my coffee, so there's that.

The showers have been unavailable forever here. And the employees laugh at truckers for not being able to take a shower. Strange they don’t appreciate their own customer base and treat us truckers with respect. We work hard and stay out on the road so people can have things. Smh

The Cinnabon employee working at 5:16 PM Sunday is the rudest, most miserable person I’ve ever encountered. When I asked how long it would take for the fresh Cinnabons to be ready, she couldn’t even be bothered to give an estimate—just “I don’t know,” with a face that matched her attitude. I waited, only for her to pack the fresh ones and carry them to the other end without even a word of courtesy after watching me wait patiently. If she dislikes her job that much, why even show up? Even her manager noticed something was off. Cinnabon or franchise owners—this is not the kind of attitude that represents good service or attracts loyal customers.
