I contacted this company yesterday to handle some documents that needed to be signed by my aunt, who was unable to drive, and then delivered to her attorney's office. I emailed them the documents the night before and asked how soon they could take care of this for me. Within a couple of hours, they responded, letting me know they’d schedule it for the next day.

They showed up today as promised, had my aunt sign the documents, and delivered them to her attorney. The entire process was seamless—no hassles, unnecessary phone calls, or rescheduling. I highly recommend this company for any courier needs in the Fresno area. Job well done, and thank you again!

We paid $600+ to have a package delivered 4 hours away. Waited a couple days with no updates. Emailed them and they said they were low on people because COVID spread in the office, but they were working on it. Okay, that's fine. Emailed again a couple days later, and they said they weren't sending anyone out at the moment because one of their trucks/cars got robbed. Okay, that's fine. A week passes, and we got an email from them saying that a "policy" changed and we would have to pay an extra $1600+ to have it delivered. Like... really? We don't have thousands of $$$ laying around like that. The man that answers the phone wasn't helpful at all, and was getting mad at us. I'm really sad and disappointed by this company, especially since it has such good reviews! 😔

Great customer service! I called them around 7 pm and needed a package to be delivered from Fresno to the Bay Area by 9am the next morning. They picked up my package a couple
hours later and had my package there on time the next morning. Will definitely keep them in mind next time I need courier services.

Husband grabbed the wrong (expired) passport and I was stranded in San Francisco. A friend found ASAP online and we took a chance. We were a little nervous about having a courier drive my passport three hours from Fresno but it turned out great! He picked it up within a half hour and got it to us at the time they said he would be there! Thank you so much!
