Scott was a great person to deal with or at Marin Subaru. Everything went well. The car could’ve been a little bit better detailed when I picked it up, but other than that, everything was great. Sale went smoothly. They sent me all the paperwork so I can review it at home walk in make payment and just walk out with the car minutes later. Very painless process. And as far as car dealerships go Marin Subaru is very honest.

The whole experience with this dealership was inconvenient, awkward, and disappointing. I am now driving a car that I already hate afrer only 3 weeks due to being stuck with expensive repair bills and other unexpected and annoying problems that weren't noticed or revealed during the test drive. I realize that I am partially at fault for not being more thorough in my inspection process and that the vehicle is not a "Certified Pre-owned" automobile, but the lack of any support whatsoever is extremely frustrating and infuriating. I certainly won't be doing business with them in the future or recommending them to anyone I care about.
