I’m not giving 0 stars only because it’s not an option. My family ended up without a Christmas gift because the carrier failed to deliver the package on time, and no one from this company took responsibility for the delay or offered any compensation.

After several misleading communication. A guy is going to say he was a worker when from the beginning they was an agreement. Then after oh we can’t do this again when my package was already on its way now it is delivered yesterday and I ask to hold it now I’m going to get it it’s a different argument.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I paid for air shipping, expecting my package to be delivered within 15 days. However, my experience was nothing short of frustrating. The shipment was delayed, and I found myself constantly having to call for updates. Promises of callbacks were never fulfilled, and I was left in the dark about the status of my package.
To add to my disappointment, my package was finally delivered on August 18th, a whopping 34 days after I dropped it off at their store on July 15th. This delay makes me wonder whether they sent my package by sea instead of air, despite charging me a lot more money for air shipping. This is not only unacceptable but also a waste of the extra money I paid. I will never consider using this company again, and I strongly advise against anyone else using their services.

The packages arrive on time and in perfect condition. They are easy to talk to and they help you no matter what. On my last shipment I made a mistake with the phone numbers for the delivery and I was able to fix it via text message in a matter of minutes, they are very competent. You can easily track the packages any time and the prices are very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and trustworthy
