Poor management and organization. The workers are very rude, they close the windows and do not want to serve, they treat people by shouting, the machines are obsolete. Terrible work area. Only one access area and the train closes for up to 3 hours regardless of the drivers' time.

Fast in and out compare to the nj ports, but poor service, everything is automated. Yard is super confusing, with no signs giving dirección nowhere. Plus everything is very chaotic inside.

1- Sometimes containers are notified and ready to out gate when they are still on the train.
2- Most of the time, when looking for a container, you get no location.
3- In many places, where the landing gear rests, there are holes on the ground, making the chassis or too low or too high, making it difficult to hook the container.
4- Some people working in the "trouble window" office should be closely monitored by a supervisor.

God forbid you ask for help from a yard jockey, crane operator, or even the office. These workers will look at you, talk to you, and treat you like you kicked their family dog. When all you're trying to do is make sure the container is properly attached.
