During my experience, I encountered some very rude people. I asked a simple question, but the woman I spoke with hung up on me, claiming that she didn't speak English. I then called back, and when I inquired about the part I needed, they informed me that they couldn’t sell it to me unless one of their employees came to install it.

Horrible service ! Send a caja On February 06,2018 and today April 06,2018 is when they gave it out. I keep calling and calling and nobody would answer , there was time where they will tell me tomorrow n tomorrow and never got there. NEVER AGAIN SENDING ANYTHING THROUGH HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Después de ver todas las malas reseñas, decidí darles una oportunidad. Llamé para programar una recogida, pero nunca aparecieron. Llamé de nuevo una semana después para reprogramar, y la empleada me dijo que nunca había llamado porque no estaba en su sistema. Le pedí que tomara mi información de nuevo y que la ingresara en el sistema. Supongo que no le gustó eso, y me dijo que no querían darme el servicio. Creo que esto es un pasatiempo para ellos, ya que no lo toman en serio.

Envíe una silla de ruedas en perfectas condiciones cuando fueron a recogerla le dije ustedes la envuelven en plástico me dijeron que si. Y para mi sorpresa la silla llegó sin un estribo y demasiada sucia .
