Worked very hard to make sure our rental house was clean when we moved out. Normal wear and tear. Was told our $4000 deposit might run out due to repairs and cleaning and we would be billed for the difference

Never got an update on an application. Didn’t even use the fee to run a credit report. I get alerts whenever my credit is viewed, and nothing from this company. Didn’t contact references. Basically took my application fee and that was it.
