Do NOT use this company. The movers put a sizeable and permanent dent in a wall (in addition to numerous dings and scrapes). At the time the movers were very apologetic and said the company will send someone out to fix it or they would reimburse me. I wasn't upset (it happens) and still tipped the movers.

Corporate on the other hand made our lives a nightmare for the past month. They refused to send someone to assess/fix the damage. They arbitrarily offered $50 without any sort of justification. They implied that they were being generous and they didn't have to offer me anything.

The rep at the claims department (Daniel Berrie) and everyone else at the office were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. They clearly have no regard for the damage their company caused. Customer service is not a priority with this company. I've been patient and provided estimates from contractors to repair the damage they caused and still they offered the arbitrary amount of $50.

Clearly they hoped I would just give up and have me sign an agreement that I wouldn't leave a bad review or post pictures. $50 to warn others not to use this rude, dismissive, and disrespectful company is worth it. I'm glad to never have to call those cowardly and callous people again. They can keep their $50.

Maison Moving did an absolutely fantastic job! Alton, Jose Flores, and Eric P. quickly and efficiently loaded up my furniture and boxes; they didn't ding or bang up a single item and were done quickly. They made sure I was happy with the service, placed every item where I wanted, and even asked which boxes had anything fragile in them before moving. I highly, highly recommend them as a moving service and was blown away by all three guys' hard work, professionalism, and dedication. Thanks very much guys you made my move extremely easy and affordable.

Workers are nice enough, but the hidden fees and charges they add to your bill is just too high. Even when I told them I wanted no extra packing material used that would cost more money for the move, it was used anyway and I was charged. The 6 hour minimum for the move I was charged when the move took 4 hours, and was charged an extra $200 for materials that I did not want used. Like I said the movers were great, but I will not be using this company again, they are just too expensive.

Moved from a second story apartment to a 1 bedroom condo and everything went super smoothly. Didn't go over time all my stuff was safe and well taken care of. My movers were Jake Duffy and Angel V. And they were awesome! Very careful and hardworking guys. Super nice and helpful even when I had to leave for work.

Angel V, Jake and Carrie gave us a wonderful moving experience. The guys were helpful, friendly, & professional. The guys were quick and very punctual. They even moved our washer and dryer down the stairs that we thought were impossible but the guys made it possible. Highly recommend. Jake has a great playlist, Angel V is very knowledgeable and Carrie is super hard working (we have cats and he was allergic but he never complained and worked through it (sorry Carrie!)
Pricing is fair. Experience was great!

Maison Moving did an excellent job moving my belongings from Southern to Northern CA. My move was sudden as as such, had a very tight window with which to schedule the move. On top of that, I had to make some last-minute schedule changes due to COVID and my trip was rather complex, requiring multiple stops. They were able to handle this with ease. Their agents were great communicators, gave timely responses to my questions, and the movers were on time and displayed great care with my belongings (zero damage). I would not hesitate to recommend Maison to anyone looking for professional movers who really help alleviate the stress of moving.

I was moving from Chino Hills to Eastvale... A large two story home. I used a moving service 25+ years ago and had a horrible experience. With Maison Moving, Fonze and Kevin did a fantastic job with no issues. All my furniture was thoroughly wrapped and taped...No damage what so ever! They completed the move quicker than I anticipated. I am now 65 years old and my friends and myself are not what we use to be... If I tried this move with them someone would have gotten hurt or our furniture would have been damaged. I would strongly recommend Maison Moving for your next move.... beats asking friends for help and done without any grief!!!
