I bought the dash lights kit. They almost made them correct, wouldn’t quite fit,so I had to grind a little plastic off each one. Then they went in just like the helpful video that was provided.

As a long time customer I was always happy with the service and finally I had to write a great feedback. Bought many things over few years for my 82 Westy and recently an awning - big purchase. On the phone it was easy to ask questions. I wrongly ordered 3 single mounting brackets instead of "3pack"- they just adjusted the price to the better one of the "3pack". When the awning had one of the cracked tips (after shipping) they had a replacement piece arranged from Fiama in one day with one email "."
You got to love simplicity - esp these days 🙂
And btw - awning is great so far (10 ft Fiama F45s)

Tried calling but couldn’t get through so we went to their storefront but it was closed!! We were finally able to get through to them on the phone and were able to make an order to be picked up in the back of the building within 10mins.

Gowesty had acrylic tents made to oem size. They realized these tents don’t work because the acrylic doesn’t stretch. Instead of throwing them in the trash they’re selling them on clearance, so they can’t be returned. Making their customers eat the price of their mistake.
I feel robbed and taken advantage of.
Do the right thing and remove these tents from your website. Stop screwing the people that keep you in business.

Edit- after this incident they now offer an adjustment to make these tent tops fit. They did finally refunded me the money for the tent I purchased. I spent a lot to fix the fiberglass that was damaged by this product and I’m still very unhappy that they sold it.
That said I have purchased many products from gowesty over the years with no problems. Giving them one star is not fair. The product mentioned is one star if it was not for that they’d have 5 over all.

First time dealing with these cool individuals. Easily found the exact product I was looking for. Female Van Life. First item had a defect, but was returned the next day and replaced with no problems. No problem. Great Customer Service! I will continue to do business there. Absolutely! No, my van is not a Westy...but I have mucho respect!

I just finished installing the rebuilt engine in my 89 Westy and decided to bite the bullet and go with the GoWesty EFI system with the hope of having the elusive reliable van. The install was easy with well written and described instructions. The components are beautiful as usual. I had a few issues related to starting it up and a few that were unrelated to the GoWesty equipment. I called GoWesty for some technical advice and spoke with Ben probably ten times over a couple of days. I have to say what a pleasure it was to deal with someone as pleasant, well informed, committed to solving the problem, and patient as he is, in spite of my bone head mistakes. Thank you so much Ben, you are the best. I’m going for a drive.

Competitive prices but they can't seem to ship an order complete. This is costing me so much time delays it's ridiculous! Nothing like starting a project and then having to wait for parts you already ordered.

Now I understand why so many Westy owners RAVE about Go Westy. Best website, parts, and customer service! I called with a question and somebody immediately picked up the phone and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Keep it up team!
