The produce was depleted. The reward program so misleading and difficult to use. They call it a sale when they double the price and put it on sale "buy 2 and get 2 free," I think that is true about every item in the store. Sale signs should indicate you are saving money on this item. They have large brightly colored signs on items that require scanning in a digital coupon. I don't think the majority of prople realize they are not getting the discount as a regular rewards customer. Individual digital coupons takes time & energy. I wish large grocery chains cared more about making our lives better.

Great store, good price, very clean, great variety, cashier was friendly and greeted with a smile. I gave a four star because I went in to get some chicken strips and they were all out. You can't be out of chicken strips just before lunch time.

Wednesday morning about 8-830 with a FULL cart looking for a checker to check out, was told the checker was break and it will be 10 mins. They said I can use the self-checkout if you don't want to wait. Come-on Ralphs you can do better.

Debbie followed my friend and I into the self checkout area when we had 1 item. She asked if I had a Ralph’s card but when I said no and that I didn’t want to sign up at this time, she quickly replied “I guess you don’t want to save money”

It was uncomfortable to be followed and then spoken to in that way.

All the other staff has been nothing but kind.

Staff is warm and friendly for the most part, the store is always clean, well stocked, and organized. Produce and perishables are always fresh, and in over 15 years of shopping here, I've only got an expired item once! Thank you Ralph's, you truly are a community store 🙂

Best grocery store during our 7-week RV-vacation. Extremely fresh veggies and fruits, very nice staff and by far the best firewood (hardwood) in CA 😉

Whoa! Just visited this Ralph’s for the pharmacy, and left with an overflowing cart-ful of groceries. I can’t believe their deals on organic products! I usually drive into San Luis to grocery shop, but I’ll be checking Ralph’s first from now on. I had no idea they carried so many organic products for such good prices. Organic can be pricey. Thanks for making it more affordable, Ralph’s!
