Real Property Management Central Coast was great! We were seeking housing for next year as a group of four college students from Cal Poly and they were extremely helpful when it came to answering questions about anything and guiding us toward the direction of getting a house for next school year in any way they were able! We interacted with the housing agents Ryan and Ethan who were great and messaged Kobe as well! Highly recommend for anyone who is seeking housing and a great company, so helpful and awesome!

As an owner, I am so pleased with Matt and Jerry at RPM. I am so grateful for their promptness and professionalism to owner concerns. Having RPM as my property manager gives me confidence and peace of mind. I was in town recently, and drove by my property. I noticed damage to a recent improvement I had made, and took pictures. Within 9 minutes of me sending an email to RPM, Matt had emailed me back saying he would look into the matter. In another 20 minutes, he emailed me an update. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Inaccessibility, had an amateur do the tour which their “keys didn’t work” then their manager was hanging on up phone calls and not trying to let me see the property. The amateur told me to look in the windows and then to just apply online, while his manager was hanging up and not responding to phone calls. The guy was very unprofessional and basically had me standing there for him to be so rudely inconsiderate of my time. Did not offer solutions or instead had me look in a window where you couldn’t see any of the apartment like some sketchy individual. The property itself was very poorly maintained as well. I expected more from a property realty. The person didn’t know how to do a tour or how to problem solve, should probably be working somewhere else, seems like he had no training or anything either red flags everywhere. I highly do not recommend this realty management very disappointing and hilariously unprofessional.

As a tenant renting through this company, I have never been more disrespected in my life. Countless calls and emails never returned, terrible communication before the time of move-in and maintenance requests have been sitting unfixed for a month. Do not recommend to any renter or property owner.
