Salsa Bar and Outdoor sitting under redwoods are the two best things here.
Service was okay, Chicken tostada was good. Nachos were good too. Veggie quesadilla was a bit oily and extra soggy.

I’ve been to Baja fresh locations around the bay area several times. It is definitely more of a fresh take on Mexican fast food and it’s usually pretty consistent in quality. Sometimes the service is just ok which works.

I’m reviewing an experience by my 80 year old mother in law. She’s been a loyal customer here for many years. She’s had them caterer food for parties and lives just around the block so was a frequent customer. A few weeks ago she entered the store at lunch time, only customer in the place at the particular time. She had been out shopping so wanted to use the restroom and wash her hands. The lady behind the counter followed her to the bathroom and accosted her. She told her that the bathroom was only for customers. My MiL explained she was a customer and would be right up to order. The lady kept pressuring her to leave. My MiL continued into the restroom and came right out as promised and made her way out to the counter. This rude employee, told her to get out. She wouldn’t serve her. She tried to question why and the lady just kept railing at her. So she left hungry and embarrassed that she got kicked out of her favorite neighborhood eatery. We’ve written both to the owner and corporate but with no response. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere.

Mexican fast food chain restaurant in a strip mall. Place is clean and the service is friendly. They have an allergy friendly menu. Check online for allergy info. Parking is a bit limited. Chips are not gluten free. They have a nice salsa bar.

Came on a slow Saturday night around 530pm and was highly disappointed. Staff was amicable, quick to serve. The food was okay but... The nature of the inside was unkempt, especially for a dinner "rush". The men's bathroom had no soap, salsa bar was dirty and there were a couple empty bowls and no bowl where the mango salsa should have been. The cashier was unaware somehow, it seemed, of any of this. The only upside would be the ample parking in the plaza.

The food is pretty good maybe a little bit lacking in flavor but luckily there’s a great salsa bar with plenty of good salsa. The chips taste like they were cooked in old oil. My favorite part is the nice quiet patio to eat on.
