Our First time Dining at Pedro’s Los Gatos location & the Experience was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming.. The decor was classy and so was the atmosphere.The Bar at the centre space looked fun serving Margaritas & awesome looking Cocktails . We had Delicious Chips n Salsa with Guac, sweet corn Tamales & Tostadas for Appetizers. Their Homemade habanero sauce is Fiery . Everything we ate including Mushroom tacos, Chili Rellenos, chicken Fajitas were fantastic. Both full of flavors and beautifully presented. Ohh THE TRES LECHES cake needs a special mention - it was juicy & bursting with Citrus flavors !!!
I want to Thank Ralph & Vanessa for taking care of our Group with such warmth and making it a memorable Event !!

The re-opened Pedro’s is hands down amazing. From the moment I walked into the restaurant I was blown away by the decor. Great for groups and dates. Very good vibes.

I went with a group of 4 and we sat in one of those cushioned half circles. We ordered a lot, and everything was delicious from the salad to the fajitas. The dessert was next level too. Churros with their chocolate sauce is very addicting.

I’d recommend this spot to everyone.

Had dinner at newly opened Pedro’s and frankly very underwhelming. Only think that was nice is the new decor…. Menu is very limited and food was not good at all. I had the chile divorciado which is pork in a green sauce and beef in a red sauce no flavor what so ever. The Mexican rice was dry and flavorless as well. We also had the pulpo it was burnt. The ahi tuna tostadas were flavorless as well. My husband had the fish tacos no flavor no salt what so ever it didn’t have any type of sauce just cabbage. For dessert we had the churros and they were doughy didn’t not taste like churros. We had the house margaritas and they were watered down couldn’t even taste alcohol. I’m sure many people will not appreciate the new menu.

Pedro in Los Gatos is seriously such a vibe! The renovation looks amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect—definitely a great date spot. The menu is on point, everything was so good, and the cocktails? Unreal. Service was awesome too. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful new space with a wonderful menu and AWESOME MARGARITAS! The atmosphere is so cute and fun and the bar feels like ur at Disneyland. Their jalapeño and aguacate margarita were so tasty and unique. Their guacamole is really great too.

The food was good, but very expensive! And I don't understand why they charge for salsa! All Mexican restaurants give you chips and salsa! We already ordered chips and guacamole, so why the extra charge for salsa? And $15.00 for a mango margarita? I asked the waiter if they had any "specials" on margaritas today and he said mango margarita! So I ordered it thinking it was a "special" price. It was good but i got the same margarita in a much bigger glass up in Livermore a few days ago at a nice Mexican restaurant and it was only $12.00. The crab enchiladas were good, but kinda a small serving. The guacamole was really good and worth it. My friend had the zucchini salad and she loved it! The remodel looks beautiful but there was no heat in the ladies room and no warm water to wash your hands in either! I guess they are trying to conserve on PG&E. Overall, I would say it was a good experience, the service was excellent, the manager even came over and I told him about the ladies room, he apologized and said he would look into it. He did bring us free salsa after I complained about it.

Don’t expect good food. Do expect a relaxed, enjoyable and well-designed environment. The service is good, the decor is nice, the drink menu has something for everyone, but the food was what you would expect from an Aqui’s or Chevy’s. Very basic, not authentic and not flavorful. Let’s just say they made my beef tamal with ground beef. That ain’t right. Overall had an enjoyable time, and would go back only for drinks.

Pedro’s was recently renovated. They’ve done a nice job! I’ve been going to Pedro’s since I was 13..a very long time. My go to has always been the nachos. The nachos I ordered yesterday were good, not great. They changed the way they make them. Half the amount of food and double the price! No more free chips! And guacamole and chips cost $14. I guess we are all now paying for the remodel. Too bad. Our bill was over $30 each for nachos, guacamole and chips split between 4, and a soft drink. I won’t be going out of my way to go to Pedro’s any time soon.
