Just got my car repaired at Caliber Collision and they made my car look like new. The customer service is just amazing. Robert, I think the manager there, kept me updated the whole time. And their price ended up been cheaper than their competitor in town. I was just amazed. I highly recommend these guys if God forbid you get into any car accident.

I had a bad experience in Merced caliber collision . My truck wouldn’t get fixed right . After 3 long months I get my truck back from Merced to still not working . I take her to Los banos with general manager Eddie ! He did an amazing job !! In matter of 2 weeks I had my truck back with 0 problems something Bryan in Merced couldn’t do ! Good job Eddie ! I recommend Los banos caliber collision !

I WILL NEVER take any of our vehicles there again. Jesus the estimator LIED to me about taking care of all my repairs and Eddie the manager was very condescending and unprofessional. The only thing they wanted was the repair contract AAA had agreed to pay. I will be pursing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as filing a complaint with the California Department Consumer Affairs & Word of mouth locally.
