I've had two occasions now where I or a family member was prescribed an antibiotic and they didn't have it in stock. But they don't tell you that. You get all these texts saying they got the prescription and are working on it, then radio silence. You have to go to the app to get the memo that they're out of stock and they'll have it for you in about 4 days. Antibiotics are pretty important, you can't wait 4 days to get those going. You'd think they'd call at least to let you know so you can see if another pharmacy has it. I had to take it upon myself to call around. It's very poor service.

I was discharged from the hospital and ER Dr sent over 2 prescriptions,I checked on the app and prescriptions were both there,it was late at night,so I knew I couldn't pick them up I checked in the morning and one prescription had disappeared completely.When I called they said the prescription was never sent.I told them I saw it on their app the night before, they were completely rude to me saying I had to go back to the hospital, I do not feel good and now I'm missing an important medication because of their carelessness I have been a customer of this pharmacy about 17 years or more.upon picking up the 1 medication that was ready I asked for management and was told they were not there,instead sent a very rude woman pharmacist to talk to me she was no help at all ,staff should not treat customers this way ,especially long time customers.I will be phoning their corporate office ,when I asked for the number the pharmacist would not provide me with it,Will change pharmacy's after this

The customer services has declined over the past year to an atrocious level. I really wish I was exaggerating of how horrible this pharmacy has become to the point where several Target Employees discussed with me the constant complaints they receive from customers regarding the decline in quality and lack of professionalism from CVS Employees.
This was my favorite place but now begrudgingly looking to transfering my prescriptions elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacy rep literally ran to the back counter a hide when she saw me coming. I was there at 9:01pm and all the pharmacy employees ignored my presence and when “Dewey” ( I asked for his name) finally looked up 2 minutes later he rudely said they were closed and come back tomorrow. I told him I just wanted to check if my daughters prescription was ready, he said he could not check. And let me just say I was late because no one picked up the phone call. I had been calling for more than one hour. And “Dewy” the pharmacist said that was weird because there phone was working. Yet there was a kind enough employee who went out of his way a checked to see if my daughters prescription was there. Thank you to the employe. Yet due to this bad experience I will stop using los banos target pharmacy. I started using Save Mart pharmacy and it was a pleasant experience. All these years and never knew Save Mart had a pharmacy.

This Pharmacy is pretty bad. I miss Kaiser but I'm stuck with locals in LB. Honestly, all of them in this town are pretty bad but I thought CVS would be more professional. Guy told me they were having problems with their fax machine. I showed him right on my medical app that the scrip was ordered & confirmed received but said they couldn't help me. He said someone was coming in Thursday to look at fax machine. I'm like, were in target, go grab a fax machine and plug it in. ridiculous to do this to your customers & its always something. Also, if they moved any slower they would be going backwards...they suck.

Typically I have a positive experience, but since my Dad is now on Opiods it's been a real challenge at this Pharmacy. My experience ((today June 2019)) has been far from positive. After 5 years in this community it's appalling to have this poor customer service. So many annoying robot calls (even after trying to resolve with customer service) +PLUS human calls... only to have the Dr/Pharmacist claim the call never happened. He literally said, "we don't have any female staff allowed to call you." Not true. I have the verbal voicemail to validate. Relearn. Retrain. Embrace the Value of SERVICE.

Horrible service very unprofessional when you have a pharmacist (DEWEY) disrespect you in front of others yelling across the way. I constantly call them on the daily through my work trying my best to help my patients with medication questions I am always so polite to CVS when calling in. Alot of the other staff are always so helpful and polite shout out to all of you and your hard work and thank you. But this DEWEY he refuses to take verbals but then want to say my provider refuses to send RX. I called his Supervisor and told him what had happened I told him I refused to speak to him I can't work with someone that mistreats people. As a client also at CVS I have never been so embarrassed all I wanted was a covid vaccine and he stated that they had alot in stocks so we go in and I got turned away by him yelling at me. I tried going on the site to schedule an appointment but their location did not show up so he okayed for a walk-in knowing the policy says no walk-in. I think their policy should change for those who are in the Healthcare industry we should be allowed to be vaccinated without having to schedule. Remember nurses and Dr are risking their lives through this pandemic our lives do matter. Sorry not Sorry DEWEY word of advise don't mistreat people.
