Ron was great ! Docs toeing team did a phenomenal and efficient job of towing our businesses 4400 durastar international from Los Banos to San Jose and even picked me up at a location in Gustine 🤩. Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with his approach to loading and unloading our big truck. From the moment he picked me up to the moment he dropped me off it was smooth and safe sailing. Very grateful to this company for helping us out after and already long and trying day.
Would recommend fir big truck towing and accidents.

Rude and disrespectful. Wanted me to text my id and credit card or he would call the CHP to impound my company truck that broke down. Pretty standard for tow company to hold your driver hostage til they get paid, but these guys are rude and disrespectful.
I guess somebody has to be that guy, Ron.
Would never call them, the only way they get my business is if the cops call them first.

Very bad service. Takes their time to get to you. Charge by the hours, over 375 dollars an hour. I feel horrible, I feel like I've been taken advantage of just because of the situation I was in. I needed the help but they became rude after taking the car to their yard. I didn't have money to pay upfront because 3 hours was already $1200. They suggested taking it to their yard and letting my insurance handle it. They also say they will let me come get my stuff but when I came by; they rudely didn't let me take the stuff that I need. They said I can't take anything off my car. So I had been lied to, taken advantage off. I just wanted to get my brand new tires and rims back and put the original ones back on, I spent over $2,000 on it. I went in to get it but they denied me, they lied to my face, rudely yelled at me to get out. This is outrageous. This is the last time I will ever use this disgusting service. Just because people need help in is in a bad spot, you can just take advantage of them.

horrible horrible horrible. They seem to be in the business of providing a service for an excessive charge. Never get a tow from this company . I was charged over $400 dollars for a tow less than 20 miles away😫

Late Sunday afternoon hour trucks transmission decided to quit on I-5 near Los banos. Tried going through our insurance but sat there for 2 hours fighting with them. We called docs towing and they were out within a matter of minutes. Super professional and friendly!

They lied to my son and said they wouldn't charge much ...THEY KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE HIM MORE,😡 WONT EVER EVER GO THERE OR REFER TO ANYONE AT ALL!!!!!
